GBI purchased a Tonneau cover for my… I purchased a Tonneau cover for my husbands F150 Platinum. It was his Fathers Day gift. When it arrived it looked right. But when my husband and son attempted to put it on it was too big. I reached out immediately to customer service. They were no help and kept advising me if I wanted to pay $50 to ship it back or just keep it and resale it. I only want what I originally paid for. Not what they sent to me. This has been a customer service nightmare and we still have the wrong Tonneau top.

GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. They lie about order not being processed and delaying the shipping. They advertise on their website free FedEx 3 to 5 days. You would have to add 5 extra days of bullcrap from customer service about not receiving the order

GBNO REFUND AFTER 34 DAYS WAIT I returned cargo floor mat as it did not fit my car although OEDRO catalog said it would fit. Their policy says that credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. Item documented as Returned via FedEx on 2/5/2024; they received it on 2/15/2024. It is now 3/19/2024 and my credit card does not show credit to my account. Calling EDRO is virtually impossible; after 15 calls I asked the agent to check. Was told item was received and is under consideration for refund. Thirty-four days waiting for refund that has not come is unreasonable. DO NOT ORDER FROM OEDRO!
