CABad manager I talked to a manager named Arlene and was appalled by her attitude. She was not trying to explain in an effective way. All the employees I have dealt with in your company have been very professional and customer oriented. Arlene said she is a manager. Wasn’t the idea of escalation in customer service is to deal with customers in a more effective and professional way? If this manager represents this company, then I would strongly suggest that you avoid this company. They are greedy. They refund only 65% of what we paid when we didn’t receive anything from them due to USPS forwarding issue.
