POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Actually less than a star. As a business we have purchased from Go Power in the past. NEVER again. This company supplied us with a reman transmission for a 1997 Dodge Dakota. The date the customer picked up his truck was 4/12/21. Not long after the governor pressor switch had to be replaced. They supplied our company with the switch. They however never mentioned needing the part that was replaced to be returned to them. Last month the vehicle gets towed in. Transmission Failure. They will not warranty the transmission due to the fact that they did not get the governor switch back. EVEN thou it was not related to the problem. $1700.00 later for a rebuild I have removed them from my call list.

Go Powertrain has been very informative… Go Powertrain has been very informative from the beginning of my purchase to the end! The staff were very pleasant and very knowledgeable with their products. In addition, the transmission looked pristine! Thank you (Mahalo)!

DON'T BUY IT!!! Absolutely did NOT stand by their product!!! They sent out an engine that did not work from the moment the mechanic installed it. They asked the mechanic, without my consent, to do a diagnostics on it for which I WAS CHARGED. They finally determined that it WAS INDEED A BAD ENGINE, sent out a new engine, BUT WOULDN'T COVER THE FULL COST OF THE FIRST INSTALL, so I ended up paying about $2000 over my original bill to the mechanic just to find out that their engine was bad. I tried to resolve it with them but got the runaround. I SHOULD HAVE JUST BOUGHT A JASPER!!!!

Great Customer Service Great Customer Service. My only complaint is I did not get an email with my tracking info until I called and asked for it. Then the delivery did not show on day it was suppose to and did not get for another week. I will definitely use this company again.
