GBI want to express my disappointment… I want to express my disappointment regrading the response time of the company's customer support. Although the product itself works well and is worth the investment. I've encountered an issue with getting timely responses from them. My emails have been sent, and I've had to wait 2 day extended period for a reply. This has been frustrating and is not something customers should have to endure, despite the product's excellent performance. l hope the company can improve their response time to provide a better overall experience for users
