Wrong tracking number 1 star because I was sent a tracking number that wasn't the correct one. The tracking number was to some address in Minnesota where as I live in nj. So it was delivered to the wrong address in the wrong state. I was told by customer service after informing them that they would send one out the next day still waiting. I would rather have a refund at this point

I love this cover! Excellent customer service!! I love this cover!! Great fit and keeps the inside dry when the top and doors are off. I don't have a garage, and my Jeep sits in the driveway all week, and this cover does an excellent job of protecting my Jeep from the sun and the elements. It developed a small split towards the back that covers the roof. Emailed support a picture, and they were right on top of it!! Excellent customer service!!

Jeep spare tire light My experience shopping on SUPAREE was a positive one. The quality, pricing and ease of using website were all great! I wasn’t prepared for the extremely long wait time to receive it. It took over a month. I realize that all products are not always in stock in the warehouses here in the US and I should have ordered sooner as it was a birthday gift and it didn’t make it on time. I will definitely be buying more from SUPAREE and now that I know the shipping can take awhile, I will be better prepared.
