GBWhole experience needs improvement Searching for a discontinued part and found it listed at Dave's as available so ordered them and waited. 4 days later I get an acknowledgement that they're "discontinued" - really? Bottom line is they sound like a broker who really don't own any parts, just a "pass through". They utilize databases from other vendors and need to do a better job to improve accuracy. Also navigated website and found it difficult to find things. Had to put in vehicle info several times over and still found it hard to find what I need. Catalog indexing was a little odd, categories make no sense. Bottom line is they need to improve the whole package in order to compete with the others out there who've already figured it out. Cool name and decent image but needs more than that to deliver.

GBVery poor customer service Cancels orders without notifying you. You call to inquire and the operator doesn't allow you to ask questions, they prefer to speaking over you. Then everything becomes repetitive with sarcasm(mind he's repeating something way off from what's being ask). In the very end the same thing you were asking is what becomes the conclusion, but the rudeness is unbearable. Ask to speak to someone else, apparently no one else is there at the time.

GBAuto Part Shopping Made Easy! Very pleased with my overall experience. Only glitch was that I never received shipping confirmation, only thing I can figure is because it was drop shipped from another location. Still I was pleasantly surprised to find my package on my door step last Saturday morning. Installed the clock spring and got my son back in his Murano. I plan to use your company in the future!

GBWant a terrible sales experience, YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE... Want a terrible sales experience? This company will give it to you. Do business with these people at your own risk. Summary: (1) received Akebono brake pads rattling around in open boxes, (2) claimed they refunded my money but keep making up excuses, (3) refused to answer my question why they sent OPEN BOX parts instead of new ones, (4) hung up the phone while I was asking for an explanation. They are sloppy, disrespectful and oblivious to the basics of customer service and human interaction. They sent me OPEN BOX brake pads flopping around and rattling. I sent them back. Two weeks later, I'm still waiting for a refund although they've assured me three times it was done. Today, they called for more CC information. When I asked why they sent me resold brake pads, the reply was that there was nothing wrong with them. Now, how would I know. All I could see is that they had created the conditions for their being damaged in transit. The pads were bumping together and clacking in the box. I could hear them when the box was handed to me. It was embarrassing. I wasn't going to have them installed and find out later. I also wasn't going to allow them to disrespect me by accepting something sent as if from a JUNK YARD. JOEY hung up the phone today while deflecting my request for an explanation. Just kept repeating they weren't defective. Well, if you've had a similar experience, they consciously may be selling rejected parts. You don't need to deal with them. There are tons of reputable parts dealers out there.

GBSolved a two year old problem. I had purchased two sets of fuel injectors from ebay vendors. The first were visably knockoffs, although they worked fairly well until one failed. The second were accurate fakes that didn't work very well at all. I finally got real GM branded parts from Dave's at a reasonable price. All is well.
