Shipping & Customer Service Very fast shipping and great customer service by Jorge Garcia. My request of holding the wheels at the fedex location to be picked up instead of delivering it to my home address went very smooth. Ordered a set of volk racing te37 sl on 4/10/24 and it was delivered on 4/12/24. Given I’m in CA and vivid racing is in AZ, most other sites that sell wheels that are here in CA won’t have that fast shipping and would probably take a week to be delivered. I highly recommend vivid racing for all your car part needs.

I had an issue at checkout and… I had an issue at checkout and abandoned my order. I received an email shortly after asking if I needed help to finish the order. I said my issue and asked if they could help.They wrote back sending me a link to finish my order without the issue. I received the order quickly and shipping was reasonable. I highly recommend this company!

Inconsiderate Went on their website and ordered a part only to be told later it was out of stock. They should update their ad instead of letting people waste their time sending the money only to have it sent back. Lost a week waiting for the refund. Unacceptable

Awful service and experience After two weeks still didn't have any shipping info. Upon trying to get any update I could only get an automated system which said in 24 hours less I would have an update which never came. Upon reaching a person he stated that the automated system can't do that... He told me they'd have an update in 24 hours again, but still no update. A third contact revealed that it hasn't been shipped and won't even ship for another 3 weeks. I cancelled my order and went elsewhere
