Immediate reply through e-mail and what I got was absolutely beautiful and stunning and fit my car perfectly! Be patient when ordering something custom made because it takes time but I truly guarantee it is worth the wait. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I will be ordering more stuff soon.

CAWouldn't buy from them ever again Tried to cancel my order, didn't get an email back for 2 weeks. Tried to return the items I wanted to cancel my order for, said they don't accept returns and refund. Now I'm stuck with 2 items I wanted to return and they also do not fit as described either. The stuff looks great but customer service is near non-existent.

GBDO NOT ORDER FROM HERE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I placed an order with them on Aug 5th and today is September 11 and I have not received my order yet. All I got was an email saying, "We did not forget about you, we are still making your order" When I emailed them trying to figure out where my order was I still have not gotten an answer.
