GBYouāll may wait forever for your part and then never receive it. This is an update to my review below. I was actually refunded a day after I posted the review. So I changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars. Iām very happy they refunded me. I should have taken the Bad reviews seriously. I thought āIt wonāt happen to meā. Well my order was placed in November of 2022. A hood deflector, hard to find for my car. After I paid, The online transaction said āprocessingā for the longest time. Hmmm After sufficient time waiting for my part, (6 weeks) I emailed them. The reply was that itās on Back Order. So I chose to wait longer. Itās now May 2023 and I have yet to see the part. I replied to their previous emails, kindly asking for a refund. I emailed them twice, and Nothing. No response. Iām not even going to bother calling after reading these reviews. I feel bad for the people who lost hundreds of dollars or they have parts that donāt fit. Iām out $100 - (update they refunded me) Lesson learned. The worst part is they keep stringing you along for months with their emails promising you your part. It gives you hope. I am disappointed that I was unable to obtain my order.
