GBHad to pay extra for shipping I reached out and I asked why I had to pay 5 dollars at the post office for shipping when they had already charged me 5$ so I paid 10 dollars in shipping when the item was only 20$ and I never got a response back. The item itself seems to work good but the shipping disinformation and lack of communication is the reason for the 2 stars

GBI didn’t receive the order at first so… I didn’t receive the order at first so I reached out to the customer service team and they were amazing at getting a replacement sent out and even stayed in contact with to confirm that I received it. I was extremely happy and impressed with the way they handled my situation.
