It affected my ride, and my braking, and after taking it off and throwing it away I feel like I'm riding in a completely different car. Whatever difference it was to supposed have failed to materialize after 1,500 miles.

Does what it says I purchased a stage 2 chip for my 97 pickup and noticed a difference right away. Power, throttle response. Haven't seen a huge change in gas mileage yet probably because I have been enjoying the new feel of the truck a bit much.
