highline camera for A3 8V I did order a highline camera for an Audi A3 8V. Instead a lowline camera arrived. I sent back the camera (and confirmed that was delivered) and agreed to pay an extra amount so as to send me another code. About last week no reponse at all to my mail and whatsup messages.

Vaclav Pekar is apparently the CEO Vaclav Pekar is apparently the CEO, purchased a part from him & his company "Cars equipment" He had been in touch prior to purchasing via email's no problems at-all but as soon as I received the product from them which is not even the correct/right part number I ordered, he does not want to respond to any email's whatsoever...try's to tell me that the part I received is correct but it is not!!! Also the part he sent me is also 20 euros cheaper than the one I purchased on there website. BEWARNED-SCAMMERS FROM THE START-THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING-DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE-TERRIBLE CUSTOMER AFTER SERVICE-AND THAT IS WHAT MAKES OR SETS A COMPANY APART.

Watch out I purchased a product from this company and I am now facing a £66 duty and tax fee which I was not made aware of at the time of purchase. I have been speaking, for over a month, with a guy from the company who has been promising me 21% of the product price refunded. He keeps telling me he will do it or has done it and nothing has appeared in my bank. I am now looking at facing debt collectors from the delivery company.
