Our driver had us flying side to side in our seats due to being an aggressive driver. an the sound system was outdated we couldn't use 2 of our phones to connect to the stereo we had to scan through the FM station just to hear music.

We used Earth Limos to transport a party… We used Earth Limos to transport a party of 23 for a birthday photo shoot on 7/24/21. The air wasn’t working on the party bus! We were riding around in Vegas in 100 degree heat on a party bus with non working air. It was unbelievable. And I have yet to hear back from the company regarding my complaint despite calling and emailing.

lacking in communication I booked airport service for 2 parties. It took more work than necessary to make sure the bookings were appropriate for the flights.1 party had to call their office upon arrival and again at departure. The driver and vehicles were very good but the details weren't great. I believe it was due to communication.
