GBKept My Niece From Making A $6K Mistake, LEGIT! I purchased a report for a 2016 Chevy Cruze my niece was looking at purchasing from an individual in Montana. The report told us that the car had been repossessed two weeks prior and was reported in Virginia! The dude told her he got the car as a trade-in! This report kept her from making a mistake that could have cost her $6k! I verified the same information was reported on CarFax to ensure it is legit! I'll be back the next time we are looking for cars. Thank you, VinHistoryUSA!

GBSTAY AWAY !!! STAY AWAY !!!! SCAM/FRAUD !!!! It looks great at the start, you enter VIN or licence plate and it teases you with results. Then you have to pay $1 for an "incredibly detailed" report. Ok fine, here's my dollar. After payment, i get the message "report not found" "car not registered" .. While other websites clearly have the car and many details about it. Afterwards you notice that you have to go through a cancellation process to avoid being charged $29. You can either call a number (of course impossible to get someone on the phone) or send an e-mail (obviously without ANY reply). This is a SCAM, pure FRAUD. If you care about your money, STAY AWAY. There are plenty of other (free) alternatives.
