GBEasy to navigate and affordable Of all the extended car warranty sites I stumbled upon, zoomi was by far the most user friendly and easiest to navigate. Their customer service was top tier and it was clear where to go when looking for help, FAQ’s, or getting into contact with a representative. Additionally, zoomi was the only site that did not require you to enter personal information prior to providing you with a quote. For me, this shows great customer service as I know I won’t have to worry about receiving calls, texts or emails about a service if I do not plan on using it. Thankfully, zoomi’s plans are a “no brainer” to utilize as they can save you a great deal of money! Overall a great experience.

GBAffordable! Zoomi's customer service was really great and I love that it's a monthly commitment. When I was researching which warranty I should get, ZoomiCare was definitely cheaper. For my car, it was $87 per month with Zoomi while the cheapest elsewhere was $137! I also love that Zoomi doesn't require me to enter my info before giving me a quote.

GBI am writing to express my…worst experience with Zoomi I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Zoomi, the warranty company for my vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been far from satisfactory, and I believe it is crucial to share my concerns. Upon purchasing the warranty, I was given assurances that turned out to be inaccurate, and I feel misled regarding the coverage I was promised. When I filed a claim for issues with my vehicle, the response time was exceptionally slow, taking a total of five days for Zoomi to acknowledge my claim. The process further exacerbated my frustration when Zoomi informed me that an investigator needed to assess whether the issues were pre-existing before I purchased the warranty. Following the inspection, it took an additional three days for Zoomi to provide feedback. Contrary to my understanding, they denied coverage by asserting that the problems were pre-existing, a claim I strongly dispute. Despite my repeated requests, Zoomi has yet to provide me with the report submitted by the inspector. This lack of transparency is concerning and contributes to my overall dissatisfaction with their service. In summary, my experience with Zoomi has led me to believe that they prioritize sales and monthly payments over honoring legitimate claims. I find their practices to be deceptive, and I caution others considering their services to be aware of the potential challenges when it comes to claim resolution.

GBZoomi is worth it! I signed up with Zoomi because of the convenience of their warranty. Their month-to-month coverage plan is just way more affordable than committing to a 3 year warranty plan with other companies. So far they’ve been extremely helpful and assisted me with every step along the way! Definitely check it out!
