GBWas charged twice on bank card Was charged twice on bank card. An unauthorized charge of $0.45. was noted this morning, Tues, 3rd October. Will be keeping a very close eye on this account. Not sure if codes work, have not needed to input them yet. Update: The navigation code was needed and worked after installing new CD software. So I believe I got my monies worth.

GBMaybe not a scam, you might be lucky. But fight to get reimbursed. Updated 30Nov. The codes sent did not work, one contained a 7 which can't be input on my radio. I emailed you for help. You eventually got back to me and told me I have to contact you via your "chat" facility!! What? Anyway, I did, despite a message saying I won't get a response for "hours". So it seemed loads of people have the same problem as I did. I just wanted the code which I have paid for. Finally got a second notification which took me to the Home screen and had to type in my serial number in again. Guess what, my serial number was now unrecognised! Appalling service. You finally refunded me after demanding 3 times. So it's not a scam but a very hit&miss operation run on a shoestring.

GBDon't Judge a Book by its Cover I was at first concerned that this was a scam since I was being asked for money for my code but I guess it is my fault for losing my owners manual. The second cause for alarm was the reply email came from Romania. But the code came within 24 hours and am very pleased for the great service and relieved it is the real deal. So thank you very much!
