Second time having an issue with Daily… Second time having an issue with Daily Pay. This time my pay didn’t update and I called and spoke to a representative stating that my account was canceled by their Admin 3 hours ago & they don’t know why. No explanation can’t see. How when i’m mid way through a pay period does an account get canceled never had any issues that would cause cancellation and I still work at my job. I switched from full time to pat-time but this isn't the first time i switched my employee status in reference to hours and had no issues. Plus this change doesn’t go into effect until Nov. 5th. Now i have to wait 3-5 business days for a resolution meantime i don't get paid until the Nov 13th & its October 31st super frustrated. Escalation team doesn’t take phone calls spoke to a Supervisor gave me the same generic answer as a representative.

0 stars they literally have not paid me… 0 stars they literally have not paid me my remaining money yet keep lying and saying the money was transferred and is in my account. When my bank statement and my bank have confirmed it never reached my account. Yet, I can still cash out early into that same account . Giving me the run around and telling me there’s nothing I can do. I wish I could opt out but I don’t even trust them to pay me my next check. I ended up having to cash out early again because they didn’t give me my remaining funds. I was told the money was being sent to my account on the 9th…it’s the 11th. I’m very upset and annoyed.

Honest opinion Honest opinion - when daily pay works correctly it’s a helpful “benefit” to help in an emergency or to manage between paychecks. The issue is that it doesn’t work a good amount of the time. In the 5 months that I had supposed access to daily pay, I’ve actually only been able to use it approximately 3. What makes it worse is that, like others, there never seems to be anyone in customer service who can help or give a straight answer. I personally haven’t had issues with not getting paid on payday, but I have multiple co-workers who have. Overall, it’s not reliable, which is really something you need when dealing with your pay. Be careful if you choose to use Daily Pay

Thieving company Thieving company! I will be calling the inspector general. I don’t care what my employer forced me to sign, you can’t say that people have no right for a class action lawsuit when you are committing fraud on a mass scale.

I received an email from The Friday… I received an email from The Friday Card/DailyPay onJanuary 22, 2024. The Subject was “NEW……starting January 22 you will now receive your paycheck 2 days early with direct deposit…… I had to speak with a representative on Tuesday about another subject and when I told her about my email she said this was a new thing they were doing. Well of course, my direct deposit was never processed on either Wednesday. Just curious if anybody has ever received their paycheck 2 days early???? I currently bank with Truist and my deposits are sometime Thursday night to early Friday morning. I have another account with Wells Fargo and my deposits always went in on Thursdays around 6 pm. I changed to the Friday Card when I got the email and have received NO early deposits as per their email.
