My package arrived timely but Fed Ex was rough on the handling and one bottle spilled half the contents. With no hassle whatsoever, AvalonKing sent an immediate replacement. Great product and great service.

GBCar Wash Shampoo Tried out both the shampoos today and what a Suds! This is really important in the wash process as it removes a lot of the bigger dirt particles, and helps reduce the chances of scratching and marring. Great scent too. Very pleasant to work with. Highly recommended!

AUGreat Product to use! Have used AvalonKing a few times before, have found it to be a really good product, it lasts such a long time! This time I bought the Lite version and applied it over an existing ceramic in its 2nd year. WOW! So easy to apply, everyone commented on how clean and shiny the wedding car was.

CAGreat customer service and a great product … Great customer service and a great product.I did my wife’s 2017 Cadillac xt5 last year It took me about 6hrs to complete in my driveway and garage following Avalon Kings procedures and the majestic blue metallic paint still sparkles and gleams in the sunlight .Bug splatters clean off with ease even after being on the car for a week or two . I have bought more kits to do my 2005 Duramax 2500HD 4x4 with because the product has performed so well . Those that say that it doesn’t work must not have followed the correct procedures.

GBBuyer beware...very poor customer… Buyer beware...very poor customer service. Purchased product their website during their "sale". I took a survey to obtain an additional $15 off. However, Avalon King did not include the $15 off due to "Dale" stating that no discounts during sale when in fact, it does not state that on the website. Furthermore, the two transactions are two separate matters (1) sale site, (2) survey for a $15 on any purchase. To mislead consumers is a red flag...violation of merchant/consumer fair trade and failure to state the rule/s and/or policies before hand is a violation...
