Got 1st package in two days and 2nd package in four days. Shipping was great customer serv ice could be better.. we got everything worked out and that s what counts..

Horrible tow hooks one of the brackets… Horrible tow hooks one of the brackets that is welded on is completely crooked so nothing line up and also why give An extra bracket that should be on the left toe hook cause it's the right one but it's not on the tow hook? Didn't think I'd have to grind of tac welds just so put the other bracket on. Never buy this brand or enixwill nothing but knockoff stuff that doesn't work.

Good buy Everything regarding the purchase, shipping and the crossmember itself was great. The shock bracket though just didn't work the way it should to make shock be aligned properly. It was to straight for my opinion. I ended up cutting a bracket off an frame at a junkyard to make for a better fitting job. It saved the time of modifying the bracket to make it work properly.

Bad Customer Service Been trying for days to contact Elitewill. They will not answer the phone, return voice messages, answer emails or chats. My tow hooks came in missing the bolts/hardware and I cannot install them until I get the rest of the equipment. I am now asking for a return / refund but again they will not response.

Customer service was difficult to get… Customer service was difficult to get through to and kinda gave me the run around. but as for the product itself, it's exactly what I ordered and I couldn't be happier with it. If Customer service was better you would of gotten the extra star.
