GBPaid flat ground shipping to receive… Paid flat ground shipping to receive item in a timely manner in which I did. KamiSpeed was responding to questions right after purchase but once I receive the package, which is the wrong item (M12x1.5 instead of M14), they have not been responding to me about the wrong item and it’s been over a week. I bought this and paid for faster shipping because I needed it in that time window but now it’s way out of that window. Left a VM, emailed them, and left a chat message but no response. The poor customer service is making it a lot more difficult. I don’t recommend this company

GBHands down best example of customer service Hands down best example of customer service. My original order was out of stock so I was contacted and given 2 options for a replacement. One was even priced higher but was no extra cost for me. After getting help with the best fit for my car and rims I went with the the lugs that was a little less then the original. Refund difference was given that same day and shipping only took two days, CRAZY.
