GBThank goodness for my air bags! Company did an excellent job of repairing my computer . They communicated very clearly and effectively when my part would be done as well as the problems that were present . They immediately notified me that they needed an additional part (which was no charge)when the part will be in, and when I could expect my part to be back to me. With that said I still received my part back a day ahead of when I was told I would receive it . Now I'm back to driving my truck and couldn't be more happy .

GBMyAirBags was very courteious and quick … MyAirBags was very courteious and quick about my abs module repair. Even upgraded to expedited shipping due to having another part that needed replacing causing a delay. Would recommend them to anyone for any module repair. Thank you!

GBused there service several times used there service several times, really never had a problem, Just received back 2 belts 2 pretensioners, and airbag module. Installed everything and had an issue with a pretensioner, Called to let them know did all the test i was told to do. Pretensioner showed bad , had to pay to reship out and waited no call to let me know it was done. Then inquired about it 5 days later and told me it was done and waiting on me to pay for shipping to return to me. Really? not only that it took a argument to get them to pay for shipment back when it was clearly there fault but they acted like they where doing me a favor. Seriously on the fence about using them again.

GBFast and Prompt service Fast and Prompt service, however I expected nothing less from this company. The customer service is awesome and answered my questions without any hesitation! The ECU we sent off worked and saved our customer tons of money from having to replace! I will definitely use them in the future.

GBMy most sincere apologies. On June 6, 2019 I wrote a scathing review of MyAirbags for what I thought was incomplete workmanship. I was far out of line. Immediately following submitting the review, a representative of the company called me and asked that I return the instrument cluster and they would make it right. There were no additional expenses incurred and they repaired the cluster to function like new. It works perfectly and I am ashamed. Ashamed I had not given them a chance to make it right before writing such a negative review. I sincerely appreciate the ethics MyAirbags has demonstrated and wish to apologize for acting so hastily.
