Great customer service I own a '11 Range Rover and a '87 Defender. Whenever I call, represenatives are always available, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. More recently, I purchased some fuel injectors - they didn't exactly work properly and Rovers North allowed me to return. This is my first choice for any Land Rovers parts. Thanks!

Window Regulator 1997 RR Very helpful to listen to my issue of RH side window stuck open. Worked through some troubleshooting to determine if the problem was window motor, regulator or switch. Very patient and knowledgeable. With door panel removed and the guts exposed determined it was a switch problem. Saved me a lot of money and work. Thank You.

Ignore their referrals... Very responsive re product questions and decent prices, however I asked them for a reference for someone to rebuild a 300tdi a few years back, $40,000 later I've got a Landy I wouldn't dream of taking off the ranch.. stick to what you know unless you own RBE that is... If you don't know, don't refer it looks terrible on you.

Their service exceeds expectations Their service is excellent, When you have questions you can email or call. They also will special order a hard to find part. The person I talked to in one case actually test fitted two parts together (one from my Series truck and one from a Defender) to make sure the parts would work for me when assembled. Rovers North is also generous when it comes to participating in our local club rallies, and I appreciate that too.

hassle free return! Had an issue with a replacement starter for my disco II, almost a full year after purchase. Took the offending item back without issue and shipped a replacement promptly. The beast is now back up and running — and starting strong. Thanks for standing by your customers! Todd
