AUGreat Customer Service I recently purchased a radiator from them and on receipt it was not the part manufacturer I was told I was getting and expecting in my original enquiry/order. I contacted them straight away and they immediately apologised and arranged for the correct manufacturer part to be sent by express post which I received very quickly. They supplied a return con note so I could easily return the originally supplied incorrect item back to them with no hassles. I haven't fitted the part yet so as it stands I am very happy with the customer service given and I would use them again. I only gave 4 stars due to the supply of the wrong item in the first place.

AUShipping was fast Shipping was fast and product was correct and looks great on the vehicle compared to what it replaced. The only reason for 4 stars and not five is that the product, front bar lower apron, arrived with damage to a mounting hole. It was cracked right through. Minor damage, but damage non the less. The packaging was not very protective, so the damage probably happened in shipping. Chose not to raise the issue with Carparts2u due to minor nature

AUCar part delivery times are a joke Car parts were supposed to be delivered from Sydney to Melbourne on the 18th of March. It's the 25th now and only 1 part of my order arrived on the 22nd. The other 3 are still outstanding. Their delivery service through TFM is beyond a joke. Carparts2U are telling me to chase them myself but they're not responding. How is delivery supposed to be my problem? Carpart2u can't blame this on their 3rd party delivery people.
