100% Customer Service It was a Friday night after work, I was tired & irritated. Thanks to Devan Young’s great customer service, I had a very pleasant experience!! I was not pressured, he was real genuine, I didn’t feel judged due to my credit status! He answered all of my questions , took his time so I didn’t feel rushed! Car buying can be very intimidating, Devan is a real asset to Easterns!!

Lied to and Cheated out of Money I am a pediatric nurse working 60 plus hours aweek a veteran and a senior who was a victim of shady ? Illegal dealings by Eastern Automotive in Frederick, MD .They took back vehicle, still have my down-payment 2,500 and my trade in with UNSIGNED title.This was not due to a decline from finance company ,but because finance company during welcome and contract review made me aware of undisclosed to me charges on my contract. They advised if I didn't want services to tell dealership as not dependant on loan.I did and they refused to cancel or remove from contract and called me a liar threatened police and 3 large men came and took vehicle saying I had no right to car.I am going thru alot Ive had to rent a car to get to work. I am so stressed and still not understanding why this happened or how it was legal, as I had tentative approval from other finance companies as well and told them that if only they removed 4638 in services unneeded not told about. They refused to negotiate were rude and threatening and since they took vehicle Ive heard northing from dealer or the customer service office that promised help.My ?about my trade went unanswered as did my request for refund, I have hired an attorney and filed several complaints, but this is and has been one of the worse experiences of my life. I had the vehicle 9 days but have paid insurance on it for a month.

Easterns Auto award winning customer service! Easterns Auto customer service is phenomenal! On August 9th, 2022, I made my second purchase through the dealer on RT40 east in Baltimore. My Customer Advisor and Product Specialist was Darryl Mayzck. Darryl assisted me every step of the way through vehicle trade-in, and new vehicle financing while explaining thoroughly every step of the process. I wasn't hassled to purchase anything other than what I came to get.....2020 Charger RT (Hemi of course :-) ). Most importantly, Darryl was instrumental with assisting me to make sure that I could afford the payments. I will continue to utilize Easterns and refer people that are interested in a vehicle purchase. Very clean environment, knowledgeable, personable and very friendly staff! You MUST see Travon and Kevin! So amazingly easy! From start to finish, Travon was incredibly personable and helpful. I missed my initial appointment, but he was able to reschedule within 24 hours. When it was time to handle financing, Kevin was on top of everything and made this a painless process. By far, the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had!

The best place to go get your car! Broadus helped me get my car, he didn’t haggle with me to get another vehicle. The exact car I wanted (Honda accord ex) is what I left the dealership with. All of the sales associates at Easterns are intelligent men who know how to help when you need it. Another gentleman (Sean) also helped my dad a few weeks back to get his Acura ILX.
