I was disappointed I was disappointed. I will say, it was an easy process. However, I feel the person who picked up my car low-balled me at the last minute. I answered all the questions about my car online. I had a 19 year old Envoy, 145k miles with rust. They quoted $545, which seemed reasonable to me. The company was good about follow thru scheduling a pick up. The guy came, and the ONLY thing he did was look to see if the original exhaust was on the vehicle. After 19 years, would ANYONE really expect the original exhaust? Of course it didn't have the original exhaust! Because of that the guy said he would only give $400 for the car. If this was a legitimate concern, it should have been an initial question, so the quote could have been accurate! As is, Peddle just sent me a receipt stating I received $545!! NOT SO!! VERY disappointed with the sale.

No-show: don't waste your time set up pickup date and time (a 1 hour window) and they never showed up- no status, no calls to let me know, simply a no-show. And they never responded to calls or texts. Junkmycar.com said they would find another towing service and never heard back from them and they went unresponsive. I took a morning off of work and wasted an entire day. I'd recommend finding a different service that is LOCAL and not some national company that is pretending to offer service in your city.

I accepted the offer and was connected by a hauler immediately. We agreed on a time later in the afternoon, he called when he was on his way and again when he arrived. Very pleasant driver picked up my car and was gone in 15mins. No issues whatsoever. I would recommend this service to everyone!

Probably the easiest and most efficient… Probably the easiest and most efficient way to sell or junk your vehicle. Was given an offer which was completely reason. Tow truck driver called ahead twice in 15 minute intervals. Definitely a positive experience

Convenient, saved me some headache Great service! Was looking for some fast and convenient and got just what I wanted. The last thing I wanted to do was pay someone to come take my old Accord. Having just got a new car, I wasn’t ready to dump even more into the old bucket o bolts. But I was recommended this service through a family member, and the whole process was super quick and easy! They offered me a good amount for the car, despite its rough shape. The tow truck driver was really nice and straight to business. I greatly appreciate this service! I’m very satisfied!
