I tried calling but larry de la cruz who is my go to tow truck driver told me to text and schedule a time to have the body shop manager give me a free car repair estimate. I am grateful for his advice because mr. Joe gave me an estimate to repair my 2 doors that were scratched. He told me the price on the paint and buff work. He knows the car paint codes on the top of his head and yes that impressed me lol. Nevertheless he got me hooked up and i got my car back in 2 days !!!!!!!!!!!!! I never had such speedy work. I was even more skeptical, and i started looking over the work like a hawk and it was honestly really good he blended everything correct and didnt charge me for some missing "clips" on my fender liner which i never asked him to do . Thank you mr. joe i am grateful. 🙏

i aint lucky when it comes to driving i aint lucky when it comes to driving since i crashed my car a few times, but this time around i feel blessed because this body shop near me took their time in fine tunning and detailing the right paint job and work on my car. ( the previous work from the competetition down the street was terrrible.) they showed me how the previous body shop had slapped bondo everywhere in my car and painted the car incorrectle and that was why the paint was peeling off. I was glad that they educated me in this because i literally had 0 clue ! they got your back. don't hesitate to give this body shop a shot after a car accident.

Going to go on rent here and tell yall… Going to go on rent here and tell yall about service king's messup that dubon auto center had to fix. I went to the nearest body shop in sugarland and got an estimate. The estimator was very brief and they were super busy. however that doesn't excuse the manners of the estimators. I took my car there and they fixed the quarter panel. I though everything looked good until i stepped in the car and it smelt like something was burnt in there. I was so confused because i cleaned the car at mr car wash and i kept cleaning it and couldnt tell where the stench was coming from until i pulled the back seats down loading groceries the following week and noticed various holes on the carpet. I called service king and they denied everything and basically told me i am out of luck and that the car couldnt had gotten that from the work they did. Apart from that the car started getting this weird small rattling noise. So I kept complaining and i got into a shouting match with the manager at service king. So I decided to just report them and charge them back to the bank because they refused to fix their mistakke . A friend of mine recommended to stop by dubon auto center . Although it is a small mom and pops shop , they treated me with respect and dignity and looked at the car. Turns out they welded the quarter panel wrongg and had left debris behind and a mess and also didnt seal it correctly so I was lucky it didnt rain ! and they did make those burn marks! Dubon fixed the the issues in 1 day and charged me a small fraction of what i would had payed in the service king. Please please please ! Do yourself a favor and stop by this auto collision repair place first!
