Is not the good American way of doing business. Save yourself..... I paid on March 25-th $2,100.00 for a 2013 Volvo S80 3.0 l. engine Invoice: BUAP13920. The photo of the odometer they sent me indicated 47,411 miles. I asked for the VIN# and they gave me the photos of the engine and the VIN# YV1902FH8D1211974. When I checked the history of the engine, I found that the car was sold for $600 by Copart in Norh Milwaukee WI on April 1-st 2023 and the odometer was indicating 98,490 miles. They misrepresent the engine, trying to sell me for higher price and refunded me only $ 1850 without selling me anything. They didn't have the engine I paid for. Since that time, they promised me a refund for $250 but never happened. Will be a disservice for the hones people of America not to know about their practice. Is too much stress for me to deal with this kind of people. Keep away from them. If will be zero stars I will give them zero on review. Seeing the reply from Best Use Auto Parts everything they said is only lies. The VIN# they intended to sell me is from a 2013 Volvo S60 with 98,490 miles. This is fraud. I paid for a engine having 30-60k miles and if you Google the VIN# you will find about, the truth that I wrote in the review. I have documentation to prove the whole scam. Is in the emails they sent me. They didn't have the engine I paid for, so they choose to scam and lie about. The proofs are in my Google review for Use Best Auto Parts LLC.

I don't know if the transmission is… I don't know if the transmission is going to work or not but as far as the comfort and the backing of your company was absolutely excellent! I hope the tranny is good but as far as customer service it could not be better five stars Plus

They were very attentive in trying to… They were very attentive in trying to get the order correct. There were some bumps in the road, but we're corrected before shipping. The proper part arrived as established.
