GBWe could not have had a worse experience!!!!!! We were overcharged by almost 20% compared to the quote we were given without any warning or update throughout the day. We were only moving 15 minutes and couldn’t even get our furniture wrapped. Multiple items were broken and all but a few boxes weren’t even labeled when we were told they would be. Even after we brought these concerns to the owner, he firmly denied that his workers did anything wrong. We spent thousands of dollars to get our personal items moved and instead we will now be spending thousands more to replace and fix the disaster of a choice we made to hire A1A Movers. Please consider any other company before using this disaster of a company so you do not have a similar horrific experience.

GBThanks to them for being so sweet! Movers delivered a heavy closet to us from my uncle’s place. They were communicative, on time, and good humored. Would definitely trust them again! Not a single scratch on the closet, they put it where I requested them to and it was super heavy guys.

GBBest moving experience ever Best moving experience ever. From scheduling to having to reschedule do to closing date changed last minute. A1A Movers was fantastic best decision I've made. Movers arrived right on time and went straight to work. They disassembled and reassembled, wrapped up all our fragile items and even did a final walk through to assure nothing was left behind before driving to the new residence. Highly recommend and will contact again for future moves.

GBTerrible customer service Today I got my things delivered, exactly 16 days after the date I was promised by Anne Marie. Worst experience ever! Please don’t get scammed by her and this company, she’s a liar and everyone else covers her because I called about 50 times and nobody cared (one of the calls Anne Marie actually answered and hung up when she realized it was me), I hope she doesn’t have a job anymore. Some items arrived broken and others missing. Drivers are ok but costumer service is terrible. If you need your things fast please use a different company, they rarely answer the calls and NEVER emails
