Shipping options The only downside of the service I received from y'all was that the only shipping option is FedEx. My order was scheduled to arrive tomorrow, November 2nd. I got a text message today telling me that half my order would be here tomorrow and half would be here possibly on Friday. FedEx at least in my area is horrible and I wish that y'all offered a different shipping option

User-friendly website that made finding the right tires easy. The free shipping and helpful customer service were also big pluses. I'm a happy customer! -

First purchase from Tires-Easy First time buying tires from Tires-Easy. I had some concerns and reached out for information. They responded within a day and I was reassured that they would take care of any issues. Website was easy to navigate and the selection of brands was large. They had the best price on the tires I wanted and shipped them right to the installer for free. The tires were very fresh, being produced 3 weeks ago! Had them installed today with no issues. I would not hesitate to purchase from Tires-Easy again as it was a positive experience.

Tires did not ship, customer service sucks Tires did not ship, called customer service to inquire, was told that I would have an update and a phone call back before noon. Nobody called back so I did and the request was never made to the warehouse until I called back. So 3 days after ordering I have no Tires, no updates, and a month full of crap from the customer service supervisor. Order canceled, done doing business with an incompetent company that could care less about customer fulfillment.
