GBSaved My Life! Jobvite has given us a leg up on recruiting by allowing hiring managers and other employees to do some of the recruiting for us. This is the most user-friendly ATS I have ever used, with features consistently being rolled out. We are able to get the whole company involved in recruiting and marketing efforts, which creates an excitement and buzz around bringing new folks into the organization. There are so many self-serving features so Recruiters aren't required to consistently bottle feed each part of the process to the Hiring Managers and interview panel.

ILIntuitive and simple software, although there are some dangerous bugs There is a lot of excellent features, especially the scheduler and publisher, but they still have a long way before being perfectly matched to international users.

CAGreat but would like more flexibility. I think Jobvite is a great tool. I think there are little things that could help to make the moving between candidates/job descriptions/postings etc. a little more fluid especially with larger recruitment effort. I have also had a few timing issues with customer support. I had an urgent request (needed for legal reasons) for information within 24 hours. This was in March, never received the requested information. I had to chase them for days and weeks. It was not ideal.

GBHorrible navigation Horrible navigation. Cannot sign documents and upload. Every document is a pdf and to "go back" you have to X out of the document and re-log in. The documents have a review and sign button but the tasks never disappear or are confirmed as complete.

GBAbsolutely no customer service Absolutely no customer service. I spent three days reaching out for assistance on missing requirements for an interview and received nothing. Now it’s the due date, and a weekend, and I’ve likely missed out on the opportunity to continue the process. That is frustrating and absolutely unnecessary.
