We're able to easily upload candidates, assign them to open positions, search for previous candidates and clients, email from the system, schedule interviews, set alerts and reminders, and generate a multitude of reports. There is a terrific help area within the system, but if you ever do need to contact Customer Support, they're responsive, thorough, and always pleasant to work with.

The next thing I received an email saying: I needed to sign up for websites and complete company surveys, although the job description had nothing of such. They said they have partnered with a survey company. I did not click on the links I received in the email as it seemed to be a scam. I will be reporting this for fraud as they now have my CV.
