A word of advice get pics of your part… A word of advice get pics of your part l bought a hard to find transmission for a 1988 dodge raider the transmission arrived with striped fill and drain plugs bent and rusted inspection plates l had to take the parts off my old transmission l was told the transmission l bought was ready to put in it was not!!

Hard to find parts with great customer service Sean helped me locate a 1976 C 10 steering column for a father and son restoration project. Sean immediately contacted me after i submitted my request (it was almost 9 PM, so I was shocked!) Sean found a column while we were on the phone and sent a picture. I told him what I needed it to be and he said he would contact me when he got the details. I was contacted a day later with a quote and the deal was set. I was apprehensive because it seemed “to easy” but Sean assured me if it did not meet my expectations I could return it for a complete refund. The column arrived and it was not the exact column that had been advertised and I was worried. I contacted Sean directly and explain my concerns. The column would fit my truck project but would need some extra work because it was a later model. Sean contacted the supplier and they negotiated a new price for me that made it cost effective and fair for all. Thought I was going to have trouble but Sean was there every step of the way insuring me I would be satisfied. I am sold on Citi Auto Parts and I will be using them again as we move forward with our project. It saved me a lot of time finding exactly what I needed at a price that was better than using LMC or Brothers!

He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my interaction with this company he was professional and did everything to resolve it quickly and fairly. Excellent customer service without a attitude like most places give.
