They really do stand by their guarantee… They really do stand by their guarantee and deliver proper customer support. My first order with them came missing a primer can, they next day shipped me the can and the paints came out perfect. I felt confident enough to order from them again and got a batch that was much darker than original and when I reached out they remixed the batch and sent it out. That's what I call quality service and they will continue to have my support. Sincerely a loyal customer 🙏

By far the only company who had the… By far the only company who had the color for my Acura TLX Type S (TIGER EYE). It took me almost three months to find a retailer that provided the color. Once the paint was done there was no visible mismatch.

Perfect match Base paint was an exact match to the OEM color. Instructions were easy to follow--I was able to repair deep scratches in my tailgate with zero prior experience with auto painting. The clear coat made the finish perfect!

Used car reno When I bought my new used car it had a lot of little dings on the bumpers. I used the Paintscratch paint to touch them up and it looks great. Some of the larger ones I should have used the advice of the company and bought a spray too but employing the 10 foot rule it's perfect as is. (It looks perfect from 10 feet). I also had a issue from the carrier with delayed shipment that they rectified.

Colors matched body and trim on my Mom's… Colors matched body and trim on my Mom's Buick Encore. A tire rub skinned paint off a spot about the size of a nickel on the gray trim and left a few other scrapes on the white body. The nickel size spot was much larger than the "pencil eraser" size the directions said the pen should be used for. The pen worked just fine, but a single application didn't look right. After three whacks with several days to dry between, there was enough thickness built up that I could buff the area smooth. The scratches were much easier and already looking good with just the base color applied. After the other coats and clear were applied the scratches have nearly disappeared. I am sure someone with more talent could have made the repairs invisible using the same products. We are very happy with the result I managed to achieve.
