Horrible customer service and crappy… Horrible customer service and crappy product. Purchased 4 led light. One went out. Reached out to customer service several times over several weeks. Got the run around, asking for video of my headlights not working. Never ending emails with no action, so I wrote a bad review. Only then did someone finally reach out to help. However they wouldn't replace it unless I took down my bad review and sent them a screen shot of a 5 star review. I did that, and eventually received a new light weeks later. Well now 2 more have gone out. With such crappy customer service, I am going to throw them all in the trash and purchase another set through a reputable company that stands behind their product. Save your money, these lights are garbage!

First Experience with SH After getting off to a rocky start, things were taken care of promptly. I have recommended that a correction be made to the website to show the correct lights when shopping for under with the "shop by vehicle" option. I was sent an incorrect set, and one of the lights on my correct set did not function. The company responded and even though i had to pay a fee (or shipping im sure), the lights appeared just two days later. Customer service helped rectify the problem and now i just have to install the new bulbs.

The lights strips are good The lights strips are good, also footwell lights and door pockets. The symphony kit deserves all the money. The package you need is 18in1 so good. Also they respond to emails fast and help you in every way. Also you can buy strips separately

Super helpful I wanted to know which headlight bulb best fit my vehicle. Theres a headlight bulb production change halfway through my model year, so it is a bit confusing. Silverholder went above and beyond to research and confirm which setup was right for me. Great communication from them!

My ram with stock headlights was almost… My ram with stock headlights was almost dangerous to drive at night due to the lack light from the stock bulbs. I bought the silverholder kits for both high and low beams and now it’s a million times better. They arrived quickly and were easy to install, total installation time was under thirty minutes. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to brighten up their nighttime driving experience.
