Hello, What a Great Find !! Hello, we received our order in great shape, the chairs were the same as the chairs we bought nine years ago, which are still in Excellent. Hence the reason for two more. They are well constructed, they hold a heavy person which is a plus and are light weight and easy to transport.

The worst customer service ever The worst customer service ever. First I had to call them to remind them to ship my order. A week later than the it was quoted to ship. Then I received the wrong part. Spoke to a associate and was told they would call me back with a return authorization. Another week goes by, I call and get an email that day. Then I had to call and get them to refund my money after 2 weeks

Love it!!! Love it! Exactly what I was looking for. Needed a replacement for my legacy dometic that didn’t read the current temp correctly (had to crank it to 85-90 to get the furnace to run). At first I thought it would be a simple wire-for-wire transfer (which it kind of is), but then nothing happened, so I read the directions. At first was a little intimidated that I had to swap a couple wires in the A/C control unit, but the instructions were simple and it was a less than 5 minute task. Within 5 minutes from that, I was hooked up to Bluetooth on my cell phone and wifi (not necessary - you can control the unit via its touch screen, but it’s nice to be able to control the heat or A/C when not home). Exactly what I was looking for. I’ve already recommended this, or similar Micro Air devices to others on my site.
