I never could follow the tracking on… I never could follow the tracking on this item, but I got it faster than I thought I would! Dorman Air bag clock spring for a TJ Purchased a Dorman Air bag clock spring for my Wrangler. The P/N matched up with the original Mopar part but did not fit. Talked to Tracy who provided outstanding customer service and a phone number to Dorman. They are running a check through quality assurance because records show it has happened before.

I ordered a Radiator cap for a ram 6.7… I ordered a Radiator cap for a ram 6.7 diesel 2008 model and was sent a engine oil cap instead. It was a wrong part in the correct part numbered box. I wrote to sixity auto advising them of the wrong delivery immediately along with photos when receiving the delivery. No apology or sending the correct part to me in Australia has been offered after waiting a month for the delivery. I’ve tried to-return the cap through EBay but continually get return request closed because Sixity Auto have credited me for the cap only,nothing for the delivery or tax cost. Sixty Auto made the mistake and don’t care about customer service in correcting this matter.

Good customer service, good product, so so shipping. Very happy with the customer service and the product. I was told that since I am relatively close my order would probably come sooner than later. Instead, it came on business day 5 of 2-5 business day shipping. Also, the box arrived fairly badly damaged.
