GBI dealt with Harry Durkin who contacted… I dealt with Harry Durkin who contacted me about a vacancy and asked me to send him a copy of my C.V. Which I did in December 2023. I sent him a text requesting an update at the beginning of January 2024 and was ghosted until on 19 January I sent him a text threatening to give and Robert the publicity they deserved on LinkedIn. Received a text message immediately from Harry informing me the employer had pulled the job and because he had been busy he forgot to notify me and promised it wouldn’t happen again. I have written to him asking him to remove all information about me from their records as per the GDPR regulations as I am only willing to deal with professionals. Highly unprofessional organisation who give recruiters a bad reputation.

GBUnfortunate but Uncalled For Due to a communication mishap, my interview was arranged for a time different to what was agreed. I phoned the agent at Robert Half who, in my opinion, was far too quick to place the blame on me rather than work towards a solution. In a rather rude manner, I was almost chastised for taking a full twenty minutes to try and resolve the issue myself rather than calling Robert Half straight away. Having been placed in an awful role before by Robert Half, I should have known better than to try again. I could not recommend this agency to anybody searching for a job.

GBExtremely poor customer service for a… Extremely poor customer service for a business based on connecting people. I have emailed and called various people over the past few months. they don't appear to ever answer the phones or reply to emails relating to recruitment. I am likely to avoid any future jobs advertised via Robert Half for this reason.
