Bendpak Car Lift Alfredo was awesome. Very smooth transaction and when some parts were missing from the manufacturer, he made the right connections and resolved the problem. I needed help with delivery from the depot and installation. A most unpleasant experience To be fair, it was not really your fault. You are however, the face of the manufacturors you represent. Therefore, you have to accept the backlash. The delays were too long. The product itself is a good design, but lacks the sturdiness in my opinion (corners were cut). In this day and age, I guess this is the new " business as usual."

Quick Jack BL-5000 I just purchased a Ranger Quick Jack BL-5000 from Garage Auto Equipment. From the first day I contacted them the experience in dealing with all representatives was second to none. Every correspondence was answered quickly, the shipping company they used kept in constant contact until delivery. I received the jack on Friday March 20th and started assembly Saturday morning and was finished in less than 2 hours. A small plastic plug was damaged on the end of a tube (which had no effect on the jack, purely cosmetic), I emailed a picture of the plug Sunday night and first thing Monday morning I had two emails from Garage Auto and Bend Pak as well as a voice mail message stating a set of caps would be sent to my house. I would recommend using Garage Auto Equipment for any product they offer and also buying the BL-5000 for people who do not have room for a full size post lift. G Jones Groves,TX
