Slick as Oil Had all 8 sprakle plugs and boots … Had all 8 sprakle plugs and boots changed and suppose to have gotten an oil change on my 2007 Ford Expedition on 6-23-2017. Its 32 days later and my car had a ticking like sound. My partner checked the oil and low and behold there's not a drop of oil in my car. Keep in mind its not leaking oil either.To afraid to drive the car, dont want something to happen to the motor. So, I call Cottman to tell them what im experiencing and they offer to tow my SUV, back to the shop. Im not a mechanical but something tells me i NEVER received the oil change or i didnt receive 5 qts. like I paid for. Outcome pending. Told us it was oil in it when they checked. BS...

Apparently the brake sysetm was sending bad signals to the transmition and notheing was wrong with the transmission at all. While he was looking he found other unrelated problems we discussed and he solved.
