Bad Communications, failed performance and loss of a repeat customer’s shop The sales team was 5-stars. The shipping team was extremely problematic. We have ordered in the past with minor issues. This most recent event was adversarial. It was a $3000+ Order that was returned by BulletProof. If I was an owner, I would terminate those involved. If the owner endorsed such activity, then itnis best to buy elsewhere. We repaired the last unit from our regular vendors to complete the project. He understood and was happy with the reduced parts cost. We would deter future clients from purchasing here and only use when a client demands such. There are too many spots locally and online to buy $3000 parts orders. DieselTech RON would not approve!!!

Fan conversation doesn’t work on 6.0l vans… Excellent company with quality products Only reason they don’t get 5 starts is because they claim there 7.3 clutch fan and adapter for on 6.0l e-series vans work but because of short hood vans have engine bay temps keep fan engaged all the time so I do not recommend the fan conversion on a van, talked with company and no return or compensation was offered.

If you are questioning whether or not to do business here, do yourself a favor, and commit. It may be more expensive than some other alternative that may exist, but months or years from now, you will understand the real value of what they are offering. Great system that eliminates any… Great system that eliminates any chances of overheating your engine. Well thought out.Straight forward Installation. Any mechanic that can change an oil cooler can install this system. If I had another Powerstroke it would have this system on it also.
