Tracy and David are always willing to help Me in researching new products and I have leaned on them many times to expedite rush orders for my Customers. Customer Service Worked with Tracy Yonker on getting pricing, copies of invoices and correct billing instructions. She was very personable and professional. Made me feel like I was an important customer and not put aside until she got time. Tire pressure monitor reset tool When the manual method of resetting the big government-mandated tire pressure monitors on my truck no longer worked, I was faced with the choice of paying $40 each time to a repair shop or buying an $80 tool. I chose the latter and shopped for the tool. I found the best deal at Unique Truck Equipment. The item was as described and shipped quickly. I would shop there again.

O.t.c Are there OTC tools a month ago come to find out they were no longer available had to pay more money for another kit and still haven't received it and tomorrow will be another month. Poor Communications with OTC in this company
