We had some issues with our truck being a bit older, we had to get a professional to install our tracker, but Brandon (our account consultant) has been there every step of the way. From setting up an appointment for an installer to come out, to checking in less than a week later to make sure everything is up to par. We as a small business appreciate the great customer service and the help that is always available. We are forever customers of FLEETISTICS and give kudos to our account consultant for someone we can always count on to answer any questions or concerns we have. We have already seen one of our drivers go from 20-40 hours of overtime each paycheck to only 5 this last paycheck. We are not only saving money but we are saving time which means more business! Highly Recommend This Product!! It is a vast world of many options when deciding on which GPS tracking product to add to your fleet. After speaking with Brandon it was a easy decision. From the low pressure sales to the thorough presentation I was sold by the end of the conversation. Everything to date has gone the way he said it would and the support after purchase has been amazing. If this is how the future remains we will be customers for life.

Initial set-up and follow up. I have had wonderful service from the sales person, customer support and help desk. The company is very thorough in making sure you understand the price of the products and which products you need depending on your application. The one-on-one training after you receive the products is great. They help you set-up your system and reports so you don't have to spend a lot of time each day. I would have given them 5 stars if one of the tracking devices didn't have to be replaced within the first few weeks. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Great Product, Great Customer Service Everything we have wanted in a GPS company. Units are easy to install, website is user friendly, we can track which customer each tech is at and how long they were there. Also like that it notifies us of after hours usage, as well as any mechanical issues.

Once we made the decision to use Fleetistics we were about to start our farming seasons and had very little time to get a large percentage of our fleet installed. Lynn had to adapt to multiple problems/issues that came up and she got us though them all in time. We are happy with the product and Lynn has been great.
