Not good at this. Employers should use another site for enterprise hiring. I saw an opening at a company on LinkedIn. I thought I was applying with this company but it was Smart Recruiters instead. Their ridiculous application process wanted me to agree to their 'terms and conditions' but didn't lead with we are not "X company." They also wanted me to acknowledge receiving an NDA that I didn't even receive so I could even submit the application. I would not use their company because it is deceptive and unprofessional.

Spammers - why bother offering an unsubscribe option? Spammers. Do Catch22 know what rubbish you send out in their name? How many times do people have to unsubscribe before you take notice? I've unsubscribed multiple times from your useless updates. The latest are in Maidstone, London and Devon. I am searching in the North West. The unsubscribe looks good, but it Doesn't Work. "You received this email because you are subscribed to Job Alerts from Catch22. If you feel that this email was sent in error, or you no longer wish to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe by clicking here". Can I? No I can't. Spammers. 5th Oct 22 Yet another email. Unsubbed again. 6th Oct, and another, unsubbed again 8th Oct, and again... 11th Oct, Basingstoke Kent and Wolverhampton... unsubbed again 12th Oct, and again. 14th, 17th and 18th October, unsubbed again. STOP EMAILING ME! Spammers!

Horrible and waste of time Horrible and waste of time. At the last selection of sending the application the whole thing freezes up it a waste of time and seems a con stay away from this terrible portal

SmartRecruiters Really Helped Us We were on iCIMS before and struggled to get our hiring managers and franchisees to use the platform. Ever since we switched to SmartRecruiters our team has actually started using the platform. Implementation went well and support has been good. I recommend giving them a shot.

I lost my job 5 days before Christmas I lost my job 5 days before Christmas. Consoled myself by thinking I'd soon get another one - in fact I had seen the perfect position on SmartRecruits. I did my cv, attached the info, press the button and got an email back to say I'd applied. Except this was just a scraped job that was months ago and if I hadn't called the company direct I'd never have known. Just waited week by week. This is an awful practice. SmartRecruits are an awful company. Don't use them. Go direct to the company.
