Very trustworthy! Very trustworthy!! I was unsure about buying wheels online, but after reading other reviews I decided to give it a try, and could not have been more pleased. The customer service was very friendly and knowledgeable. My wheels arrived less than week later as promised. I have recommended others and will shop with them again soon.

Missing parts I ordered a set of wheels for my truck and they showed as promised. I took them to my neighborhood tire shop to have them installed. There it was discovered open installation 1 wheel was missing all 7 chrome accents pieces including the mounting hardware. I really don’t know how this could happen.

Wheels Ordered 1 day, delivered the next day! Less than 24 hours turnaround time to deliver 4 wheels and accessories is impressive. I did order 1 style of wheels, paid, transaction completed, to be told that the style I chose was out of stock. Was a little disappointed, but there was similar enough of another rim style they did have in stock, so went with that; the lightning fast shipping more than made up for the out of stock items.

Black Panther Safaris Creating an identity for our new safari company included outfitting our brand new custom luxury safari truck. Hubcap & Wheel helped make the truck extra special with awesome tires and wheels they recommended. It took several months to decide which ones, and of course convince the African car manufacturer to use them. These wheels and tires are simply not seen in that part of the world. And Hubcap & Wheel, especially Alex and Dave made that possible. They easily shipped them to a new port without any issue. They were patient and kind for every one of my calls asking questions. Once they landed, which took a week, getting them through customs took more time, but no surprise there! Thank you so much for making our company the first ever to have an identity that kicks some serious a**!!
