Fantastic after sales service! Fantastic after sales service from Supagard! Following a very disappointing application of the treatment by my car dealer some months ago, I contacted Supagard who sent out one of their excellent agents. He washed, prepared and re-treated the entire car - inside and out - and wow what a difference! Full marks to these guys for incredible after sales service. I wish all suppliers were this diligent.

Honest Sales and Transparency Just had a talk with Martin from Supagard on the phone. I must say that the conversation was excellent. He explained everything to me regarding the paint protection system that was applied to my car and gave me some heads-up on maintaining the vehicle paint. Asked for more product recommendations and he was transparent and very polite confirming there wasn't anything more that I needed to buy other than just the Shampoo and Bug Remover that was given to me complimentary from the dealership that did the job. I am currently from Cyprus where the climate is very humid and hot and my car paint is matte. Martin guarantees the paint protection is a lifetime formula that will protect against the harshest of natural elements. Martin wasn't the traditional salesman who would sell me anything that wouldn't actually make a difference to my car. 10-star rating to the service and correspondence of Martin. Well done!

Supagard….I think not…! I decided to pay for extra option of supagard coating via CarGiant. However I was left extremely disappointed- the car had smear marks across the body and the windows- there was also a wax like residue left behind within the crevices of the car. I doubt a “coating” had been applied as it looked more like a wax. I’ve contacted car giant several times and still await a call. Seems to be a waste of money in my opinion and experience.

Supagard at car giant Bought my car from car giant on Tuesday, paid for Supagard. The car was not in the pristine condition I expected on collection, which was down to Car Giant. Update: Supagard have superb customer service! They responded quickly to my complaint and sent a car detailer to my house to sort the car out. It looks great now, many thanks :)

Great Company. I have used a lot of this companies… I have used a lot of this companies products for quite a few years now. Some items may seem a little more expensive than other similar products on the market but their is no substitute for quality and this company sells quality products. They are also very fair the one and only time something was damaged in the delivery chain. Thank you Supagard, great service.
