The gal who helped us with the purchase if our helmet clearly knew her stuff, but wasn't pushy or condecending. She knew exactly where to share her expertise and where to let us make our own decision.

The quality and variety of products… The quality and variety of products your store provides is great, although when we were there to purchase some leather products WE felt that the sales person had us fitted and out the door before we actually knew what we even bought. She had the chaps all trimmed and ready to go before we could even ask about pants or other options. We weren't very happy about that but we felt we had to buy them at that point.

Fast friendly service! This was my first purchase from Eagle Leather. I was looking for some nice leather boot straps for my Durango Frontiers and found a pair through their online store. The sales team were very friendly and responsive, and made sure my order was shipped out quick. They kept prompt email correspondence and provided tracking along the way. The item received was as advertised on the website. The quality of the leather is good, and the steel chain is solid. The Indian head medallions give my boots the character I was going for. I would order from them again in the future.

However, my experience with Eagle Leather on every level was exceptional. Ordering,shipping,speed with which my vest I ordered was packaged and sent to me. I could not have gotten it any faster and I didn't pay any extra for this wonderful service. I knew sizing was not accurate in the Leather world and ordered my vest accordingly. It fits perfectly and the leather is so soft. It was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Eagle Leather!

Sales person was great Sales person was great, we found a pair of over riding pants to purchase. He took measurements, and we were then told to wait for them to be cut to size. We waited for over 30 min, at that point the tailor finally told us he would not be able to get to them tonight. He could not take 1 minute to cut a straight line. Nor tell us 30 min prior he would not be able to help us. (When he saw us waiting.) Zero communication by staff, great sales person lost a sale due to the tailors lack of effort and communication.
