GBI created an account and was charged… I created an account and was charged $19.95 for the one week but tried to log into my account to cancel and they cannot locate my account. My email cannot be located. I have the confirm email from setting up the account with the six digit code so I know the account was confirmed. I want to cancel as I am not satisfied with this account. I can't even access my account. I plan to contact my credit card company to report this transaction as a fraudulent charge and a scam. I am thoroughly disgusted with this website and service. I'm am trying to contact them through their contact us but have not been successful.

GBWorked for 1st letter only Worked for 1st letter. Tried 5 different times and won't work again takes more than 20 seconds and just kept loading. No customer service number or Chat to help online

GBBeware Scam As this is the only way to get a refund: Yasna, Coverler has deliberately ignored my emails asking to cancel my subscription and issue me a refund (you have a 7-day policy). I have been charged twice until I had to deactivate my account, as I understand this is a common pattern with this company (classic scam). Please issue a refund: Email attached to account (now canceled): Date purchased: June 11, 2023 Email: mj2959(@)columbia.edu If you need more information, you have my email. I also sent you multiple emails so it shouldn't be hard for you to reach out.

GBTotal scam Total scam. I cancelled my subscription and deleted my account online. However, the company did not respond and continued to charge me for there services. Do not use them!

GBThe website worked fine at first then it was completely changed The website worked fine at first, you pay for a month then I canceled the month and was using the letters I had left. Suddenly they have a new website where none of my login information from the previous site works. I have reached out to them, no response. I was able to access the old website but I see my billing has been continued after I canceled it and there is no way to cancel the bill now. This is ridiculous, heading over to my credit card company now to file fraud charges. EDIT: They respond to you via email once your bad review comes in -_- they claim they never received my cancellation request but I definitely canceled. I went onto the old site and there is now no way to cancel your account there you have to email them. What a waste of time.
