I received all products in a timely manner in great condition. I dealt with a man named Rudy which had impeccable customer service skills. All communication with Rudy was fast and hassle free. I honestly couldn't have had a better experience with this purchase.

Great lift Great lift, you better have some help putting it together. Very heavy and awkward. The instructions are not very good, but there is a great YouTube video and the tech from the service department will answer any questions. Took me 2 days to put together. The sales representative was very nice and helpful also. Thanks Rudy

Purchased a 2 post lift The sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were flexible with the shipping timeframe as well. The price on the lift was reasonable as well and I would definitely purchase an item from them again.

Had no problems I bought a stratus… Had no problems I bought a stratus 10,000LBs floor plate two post had some issues but Rudy,Suzzie from stratus equipment took care of everything have the Lift for 3 years if anyone has problems call Suzzie at Stratus Equipment.

I traced there line back and know the home address of the crooks they screwed up and left a gap big enough to find them Now street justice will be used..
