Stellar customer service I was totally amazed with the care I received from this group. I had a blown transmission and from the start when I dropped vehicle off to the finish they were kind, informative and patient. I have suggested them to MANY people and will never take my truck elsewhere for service. Greg was like walking in and an Angel being behind the counter but I called to check on my truck and a mechanic answered he was also kind and courteous!! I am totally grateful to Cottman.

They were very attentive to my concerns and kept in constant contact letting us know what was going on with my Jeep. Their cost was very reasonable and I wouldn't take my Jeep to anyone else after experiencing their customer service!
