Careful and Professional Daniel and Cole delivered a Queen size mattress and box spring from US Mattress this afternoon, and called 20 minutes before arrival right on time. very goog This was my first time using a hotshot service , they were freindly on the phone, prompt in e-mailing the forms needed to set up the service and prompt to pick up the product after scheduling, I would use them again.

Exactly what I paid for. Had 5 hours to get stuff picked up from 2 different manufactures both 4 hours away from the job site and deliver it. Steve Janssen took my order, one truck went to 1 manufacturer another truck to the other. Both arrived ahead of schedule slightly and met our deadline. Gave them less than 1 hour notice to get this accomplished because we received an emergency order from our customer. Long story short, Steve and both drivers performed exceptionally well and I would recommend them to anyone with a time constraint on something they need shipped.
